Recommended Travel Destination for Solo Female Travelers : Taipei, Taiwan! According to the Global Peace Index, Taiwan has a safety ranking of 33 out of 163 worldwide. That indicates a high level of security. I hopped on a flight from Seoul, South Korea and loved every moment of my 3 day weekend here. Locals were kind, I felt safe on the MRT and the food was!
